Former WWE star MVP explains why he has zero respect for Triple H
In a candid interview with BetIdeas, former WWE star and current AEW talent Montel Vontavious Porter, better known as MVP, didn't hold back his feelings to criticize WWE Chief Content Officer Paul "Triple H" Levesque. He made it clear that he has "zero respect" for him.
The reason why he has commented on Triple H stemmed from his perception of how certain talents, notably Bobby Lashley, were utilized under Triple H's leadership.
He highlighted that despite Lashley's status as a two-time WWE Champion, he was assigned to mid-card matches after Levesque acquired the key executive position in WWE. The booking choices were called into question by MVP, and he urged fans to take note of those who filled the main roster's upper echelon at that time.
MVP has commented, “Let’s just say this, Bobby Lashley was a two-time WWE Champion, and after he took over, Lashley was reduced to the midcard. Bobby Lashley is a bankable, marketable guy. And he just got reduced to midcard, whatever. What I said, specifically in response to the person on my Instagram page, was that you see it. It’s my opinion of how he chooses to book certain talents.”
He further said, “Some people say all the time that, ‘oh MVP’s just griping, MVP’s just crying’. Okay, well just watch the program. Who were the people in the top spots under his leadership? Who were given the opportunities? And I’m not talking about NXT. I’m talking about the main show. I have my opinions, based on my personal experiences.”
MVP said that he will delve deeper into these issues on his upcoming podcast, " Marking Out with MVP and Dwayne Swaezey." He added, “And at some point on my podcast, I’ll talk about it and I’ll go in-depth about what my issues are with that man.

My issues have to do with him as a person and our interactions and things that he said and did that caused me to have zero respect for him.”
