He added five rebounds, two assists, a steal, and a block, while finishing the night with a team-best +31 in the plus-minus column. His efficient night helped fuel a balanced attack for his squad.
P.J. Washington contributed across the board, finishing with 17 points, nine rebounds, and four assists in 36 minutes. While his shooting numbers weren’t ideal—just 5-of-15 from the field and 1-of-6 from deep—he made all six of his free throws and added two steals on the defensive end. Anthony Davis also stuffed the stat sheet with 27 points, nine rebounds, three blocks, and a three-pointer, shooting 39.1% from the floor and hitting all six of his free throws.
Brandon Williams made the most of his 17 minutes off the bench, scoring 17 points on 5-of-8 shooting. He knocked down 3-of-4 from long range and was a perfect 4-of-4 from the line, adding five assists as well. Dante Exum also provided a lift with 11 points, six assists, and a perfect shooting night—4-of-4 from the field and 2-of-2 from the stripe.
As for the Kings, DeMar DeRozan led the charge with a team-high 33 points in nearly 43 minutes of action. He shot 13-of-28 from the field and hit 2-of-5 from deep, while also going 5-of-6 at the line. DeRozan added seven rebounds, two assists, and two steals, but despite his effort, he finished with a -14 plus-minus. Zach LaVine added 20 points and dished out nine assists, knocking down four threes on 10 attempts, though he struggled with turnovers and didn’t attempt a single free throw.
Domantas Sabonis had a double-double with 11 points and 13 rebounds. He also chipped in five assists and two steals. Sabonis also turned the ball over five times and finished with a team-worst -26. Keegan Murray had a quieter game, scoring 9 points on 3-of-9 shooting, including 2-of-6 from three. He added six rebounds, two assists, and two blocks, but wasn’t much of a factor offensively.

The bench had some decent moments. Davion Carter put up 10 points on 60% shooting, hitting 1-of-2 from deep and grabbing four boards in under 22 minutes.
