If the flagship or latest simply sound like too much for your wallet to cope with, might have the perfect solution. The UK network is now stocking the latest budget call maker from TCL which offers some pretty decent specs considering its low price. In fact, it even comes with upgrades you won't find on some of Apple's more premium iPhones.
The TCL 60R 5G's official RRP is £99 but Vodafone has a launch offer which means you can pop one in your pocket for just £70 - that's over 10 times cheaper than the Galaxy S25!
Of course, it can't match the might of Samsung or Apple when it comes to sheer grunt and performance but those buying the TCL 60R 5G will get a 6.6-inch HD+ with speedy 120Hz refresh rate (the iPhone 16 only has a slow 60Hz display).
There's also a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor under its shell and a dual-lens camera on the rear case.
As the name suggests, it's fully 5G ready which means it can access super fast downloads on the move.
Other extras you might not expect at this low price include a massive 5200mAh battery, dual stereo speakers and water resistant design.
There's even expandable storage allowing you to boost the memory to 2TB with a microSD card - that's something you won't find on Apple or Samsung's flaghships!
We've not tested the TCL 60R 5G so we can't confirm how good or bad it is. However, if you are looking of a first smartphone or something to have as a spare then it seems like very good value.
"TCL, a global leader in display innovation for smartphones, tablets, and connected devices, is proud to announce the European availability of the TCL 60R 5G, first unveiled at MWC 2025," TCL said in an email sent to Express.co.uk.
"Designed to make 5G access more inclusive, the TCL 60R 5G delivers smooth performance, immersive visuals, and long-lasting battery life in a feature-rich device that's more accessible than ever."
