Drivers on the M25 are facing delays after a vehicle fire in Essex on Thursday evening. The incident occurred between J27 and J28 clockwise, with traffic stopped. Two National Highways patrol cars are on scene, along with Essex County Fire and Rescue Service.
National Highways said: "NEW INCIDENT. #M25 clockwise between J27 (#M11) and J28 (#A12) Essex. TRAFFIC STOPPED. Due to a car fire. @ECFRS on scene along with 2 of our patrols." While all lanes remain open, there is roughly three miles of congestion and 30-minute delays.
