Pete Wicks 'in secret romance' as he admits he's 'in love' with mystery woman

Pete Wicks has been rumbled for being in a passionate romance - and was forced to admit he is already in love. The 36-year-old reality star is well known for his womanising ways - as fans will be well aware.

His love life took a central focus while he was a participant in ITV's The Only Way Is Essex as viewers saw him meet, fall in love with, date, then break up with a string of women when he was part of the cast from 2015 until 2022. Even away from Towie, his romantic exploits have drawn attention both on and off camera.

Pete has taken part in E4's chaotic reality dating show Celebs Go Dating three times - featuring on the show in 2019, 2020 and 2022. It comes after reports of all the celebrities rumoured to be joining BBC Strictly Come Dancing 2025.

And he made headlines last year when he began dating Love Island bombshell Maura Higgins - with their romance rumbling along while he was participating in the BBC's Strictly Come Dancing while she went Down Under to feature on ITV's I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!

The romance came to an abrupt end earlier this year, however - with Maura making explosive headlines in March when she was caught locking lips with married McFly star Danny Jones. In the intervening months, Pete has managed to keep his love life under the radar - but that has all changed.

The star runs a podcast called Staying Relevant with Made In Chelsea star Sam Thompson. And in a new episode, the notorious Lothario was forced to admit he is secretly dating a new woman.

The truth was unearthed as Pete took part in a lie detector test alongside his co-host. While fielding questions, Sam grew mischievous and asked Pete: "Are you in love with somebody right now?"

When Pete answered "No," he was rumbled as the polygraph results showed he was not telling the truth.

The outcome delighted Sam, who exclaimed: "Ahhh I knew it! And that's all we're going to say." A stunned Pete then replied: "How could you do that to me?"

But Sam then joked: "I don't know, it just came to my head, it's a f****** lie." He then declared: "Pete's in love with somebody. Find her! Find her! Pete's in love secretly and I think I know who it is."

However, it seems Sam forced Pete's hand - as the Towie legend grumbled: "You know exactly who it is, I literally told you the f****** story, she's not replied."

He then fumed: "Why would you put that one in there? That was not on the f****** list!" And urging the line of questioning to move on, Pete added: "Are we f****** done with me now?"

While the boys did not name any named, Pete has been most recently linked to Love Island star Samantha Kenny - as they were spotted embracing outside a nightclub in Mayfair at the end of March. His romance with Maura came to an explosive end in February amid allegations he had not been faithful.

However, the following month, Maura sparked home-wrecker accusations after she was spied kissing pop singer Danny - who has been married to model Georgia Horsley since 2014.
