star revealed she struggled with the Easter celebrations after enjoying a boozy night out. The 34-year-old soap actress partied a little too hard over the Bank Holiday weekend and nursed a horrible hangover the next morning.
She was "dying" when her children, whom she shares with ex-husband Scott Sinclair, were awake and excitedly asking for the Easter bunny. Helen shares Matilda, nine, Delilah, seven, and Charlie, four, with the football star, and couldn't cope with their excitement over the holiday.
Helen, who attended a party hosted by Vanessa Feltz's daughter, Saskia, said to Lizzie Cundy at the bash: "I did have a great Easter with the kids, it was so nice because usually they are at their dad's. So it was my turn to have them over Easter.

"But Lizzie, honestly, I went out on the Saturday night and I did get too drunk, I had the worst hangover. So I woke up and they're all going 'Mummy where is the Easter bunny?' and I was dying."
During the chat, she also revealed whether she is returning to Corrie and said she had a crush on former castmate, Jack P Shepherd, who is currently on Celebrity .
"I've heard this rumour all of the time, it's never been confirmed - I'd absolutely love to go back. I really want to get back into acting, that what I want to do," she said.
After the Easter break, Helen shared a few snaps of her staycation with her children on . She shared snaps of her kids eating breakfast, feeding goats and more.
The family enjoyed petting highland cows, boat rides and a relaxing time away from the big city.
Helen also shared a picture of one of her children pretending to be a cashier at 'Weetrose', complete with green apron and fake till.
"I loved the Easter holidays," she said. "The first week the children went to their daddies which they loved I usually like a break but I didn’t enjoy it this time my PMDD was really kicking in and I just had lots of life stress to deal with.
"I loved the second week as me and Delilah went to together and I loved the bonding time with her x she’s so cute."
Helen continued: "I didn’t feel guilty on Matilda as I’ve done so many things with Matilda like Paris and New York on her own and I’m constantly with Charlie.
"What I have learnt though is it doesn’t matter about taking them somewhere fancy and spending lots of money but what does matter is just spending time with your children and that time were they just feel really loved."
