Amazon hair dryer hailed 'miles better' than expensive ones as price drops to £30

Amazon shoppers have been racing to buy a cut price hairdryer dubbed by one shopper as 'as close to Dyson as you'll probably get.' The Casamaa Professional Ionic Hairdryer usually retails for £67 but is currently selling on the online marketplace for £30.

The hairdryer boasts a 4.3 star average rating out of a possible five at Amazon and has been reviewed over 2,300 times. It features an AC Motor for fast efficient styling, as well as a consistent temperature to evenly dry locks.

The Casamaa Professional Ionic Hairdryer also uses ions to help prevent frizzing. It also comes with smoothing and comb attachments, and a diffuser. The nozzle and brush attachment are ideal for styling straight hair, whilst the diffuser has been designed to be used with curly locks.

Though it's spenny, it could potentially save shoppers on buying multiple styling tools. One reviewer said: "I replaced my Dyson with this. It’s half the price and dries my hair quicker and smoother. Shark all the way!"

For those thinking of investing in the Casamaa Professional Ionic Hairdryer, one user said: "Really powerful, easy to use, lightweight, plenty of accessories. Value for money." Another wrote as part of their review: "As close to the Dyson hair dryer you’ll probably get. It’s outrageously small but powerful which is great. However some felt the dryer could be quieter, saying: "The accessories are great as there is quite a range and the hairdryer looks great, however it is so noisy!
