CDK India Recognized Among Top 100 India's Mid-size Workplaces 2025 by Great Place to Work

CDK, the leading automotive retail software provider, has been recognised among the Top 100 in India’s Great Mid-size Workplaces 2025. The award was presented by Great Place to Work®, a global leader in workplace culture, employee experience, and leadership behaviours proven to deliver market-leading revenue and increased innovation. This achievement reflects CDK’s consistent focus on building an environment where autonomy, clarity, and integrity shape the day-to-day work experience.

The recognition of CDK India among the Top 100 mid-sized workplaces by Great Place to Work® India further strengthens the company’s stand as a future-focused employer that treats culture as a valued core function. The company remains focused on improving systems that empower people to act with ownership, solve with perspective, and lead with conviction.

CDK has consistently been certified as a Great Place to WorkTM in India since 2020 and in the U.S. since 2022. The organization was also surveyed and recognised for the first time in Canada in 2025. The certification criteria were based on anonymous employee responses utilizing the Trust Index SurveyTM and focused on six key components – innovation, financial growth, values, trust, leadership effectiveness, and maximizing human potential in the workplace.

• 92% of those who participated feel that they can take time off from work when needed.
• When joining the company, 93% of employees experienced a welcoming environment from colleagues and management.
• Employees cite camaraderie and hospitality at 87%.
