A disturbing incident has come to light in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, where a woman has accused a Kashmiri businessman of molesting her, pressuring her to convert, and threatening to kidnap her if she refused to marry him. The woman, a resident of Sector-7, Noida, reported the alleged incident to the police, stating that the businessman, identified as Amin Kolu from Chandpora Harwan, Jammu and Kashmir, had been in contact with her for a business deal.
According to the victim, who is the daughter of a late army colonel, the accused businessman approached her for business purposes. He claimed to have connections with businessmen in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, which led her to meet him at her factory on April 23. However, instead of discussing business, the accused allegedly molested her when she tried to leave. When she resisted, he reportedly used offensive language and threats.
The woman further claimed that the businessman continued to pressure her via phone calls and messages, demanding that she visit the factory. Additionally, he allegedly threatened to take her to Kashmir unless she agreed to convert and marry him.
Out of fear, the woman has been unable to go to her factory since the incident. Following her complaint, the Noida police registered a case against the businessman, and he was promptly arrested. Noida DSP Rambadan Singh confirmed the arrest and stated that the accused has been sent to jail.
