The CBSE Orientation Programme on Entrance Exams and Career Options, initially planned for August 19, 2025, at Seth M. R. Jaipuria School, Shahjahanpur (UP), has been rescheduled in consideration of safety issues.
The move comes after an official advisory from the Officer-in-Charge (Floods), Sharda Canal Division, alerting of increasing water levels in the area. Considering the same, the Board has decided to reschedule the program as a precautionary step.

Meanwhile, CBSE has also issued a notice cautioning against unauthorised agents and sites posing as duplicate mark sheet, certificate, and correction providers in official records. The Board explained that no outside agencies are authorised to provide these services and suggested to students and parents to use only the official CBSE website (www.cbse.gov.in) for correct information.
CBSE also cautioned that accessing bogus sources could lead to financial loss and disinformation, appealing to the public to exercise caution.
