On August 9, sisters will be able to tie Rakhi on the wrists of brothers throughout the day. According to astrology, tying Rakhi and Holika Dahan is prohibited during the Bhadra period. This time, rare Navpancham Yoga and Sarvarth Siddhi Yoga are also being formed, which will last till 2:24 pm. Purnima Tithi will start from 2:12 pm on August 8 and will last till 1:24 pm on August 9. Bhadra will last till 1:49 pm on the night of August 8, after which it will end before sunrise. In this way, the festival will be celebrated smoothly on August 9.

According to Chaughadiya, the auspicious time to tie Rakhi will be from 7:39 am to 9:16 am, Char Muhurta from 12:29 pm to 2:06 pm, Labh Muhurta from 2:07 pm to 3:43 pm and from 6:56 pm to 8:20 pm, while Amrit Muhurta will be from 3:44 pm to 5:20 pm.
