Indian Bank has invited applications for the post of Apprentice. Eligible and interested candidates can apply for these posts through the official website of Indian Bank, indianbank.in. The application process has started from July 18 and will run till August 7. Under this recruitment process, a total of 1500 posts of apprentices will be filled in Indian Bank.
Indian Bank Apprentice Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria: What are the eligibility criteria?
Educational Qualification: Candidates applying for these posts should have a graduation degree in any subject from a recognized university or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government. Keep in mind, candidates must have completed their graduation degree on or after 1 April 2021 and have a passing certificate.
Age Limit: The age of the candidate should be between 20 and 28 years by the cutoff date. However, as per government rules, relaxation in upper age limit will also be given for SC/ST/OBC/PWD categories, etc.
Indian Bank Apprentice Recruitment 2025 Application Fee: What is the application fee?
The application fee for General/OBC/EWS candidates is Rs 800, while for SC/ST/PwBD candidates, the application fee is Rs 175. The application fee can be paid through debit or credit card or internet banking.
Indian Bank Apprentice Recruitment 2025 Selection Process: What is the selection process?
The selection process for these posts includes online examination and local language proficiency test. The online exam will have five parts/sections, including reasoning ability, computer knowledge, English language, quantitative aptitude, and general awareness related to banking. A total of 100 questions will be asked in the exam, for which a maximum of 100 marks will be given. Keep in mind, there will also be negative marking in the exam i.e., 1/4th of the prescribed mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.
Local Language Proficiency Test: Candidates applying for training seats (vacancies) of a particular State must be proficient (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding) in one of the local languages of that State.
