The Gunners, who hold an impressive 3-0 lead in the tie following the first leg, also have plenty of injury woes but will be happy to learn of Carlo Ancelotti's woes.
Madrid, who host Alaves on Sunday in La Liga, will be without long-term absentees Ferland Mendy, Dani Carvajal and Eder Militao for the clash on Wednesday.

But midfielder Dani Ceballos may now return to the side after confirmed his involvement in the side's most recent training session.
Diagnosed recently with a hamstring injury, the talented midfielder would be a healthy option to have considering Eduardo Camavinga will miss the tie through suspension.
"Ceballos completed the session with the group and today passes a definitive test to see if he can travel to Vitoria for the league match against Alavés," said the report produced by the Spanish publication.
Federico Valverde’s availability also remains uncertain given he looked to be in some discomfort following the first leg at the Emirates Stadium.
Elsewhere, Real post a relatively clean bill of health, especially in attack with the likes of Kylian Mbappe, Rodryo and Vincius Jr all hoping to come through Sunday's game unscaved.
“Remontada vs Arsenal? We will try, for sure. It happened many times," said Ancelotti when asked about his side's chances in midweek. "We will try until the last minute."
The Gunners are aiming to reach the semi-finals for the first time since the 2008/09 campaign, where they were beaten by Manchester United.
